David James Reily

About:
David was born in the Bay Area of California. His family moved frequently, and at the age of ten they moved across the country to Rochester, NY.
David thought he would follow in his father's footsteps into the world of computers, pursuing an education in Information Technology. That decision changed during his first year at Finger Lakes Community College when he bought a small digital camera to use on vacation.
He fell in love with photography, and began learning as much as he could about the subject. David discovered high dynamic range (HDR) photography in early fall of 2010. He got his first SLR camera as a Christmas gift that year, which carried him into a greater adventure.
Over the next few years David worked to get his associates in Graphic Design and Fine Arts. After he graduated in 2013 he continued taking pictures & began to pick up other hobbies. Recently he started teaching himself Pyrography, or wood burning. He continues to work on projects while seeking inspiration all throughout the world.
